To process with your visa application process, proceed with the following:
  1. Fully completed application form
  2. Original passport
    (Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after intended departure from Russia and there is at least 2 blank pages in Visas section.)
  3. One passport size photo
  4. Check payment for Optima Tours
  5. Return Shipping Option & Fee:
    Second day Fedex - $20
    Fedex Standard Overnight - $25
    Fedex Priority Overnight - $30
  6. Mail the paperwork to:
